Creative Director – Hush (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team. The successful candidate will work with the team to create elevated marketing assets that are on brand and meet the business objectives of the company. The ideal candidate is someone who is a conceptual thinker and has a knack for understanding consumer insight. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven individual to join our team and help us grow our business through effective brand and asset management.

In this role you will:

• Steer the creative team in delivering the best and most elevated marketing assets that are on-brand and meet the business objectives of the company.
• Maintain relationships with external partners (freelance photographers, videographers, printers, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of creative assets.
• Provide direction and support for our photography and videography shoots.
• Work with team to brainstorm and execute creative assets. This includes digital, print, and social photography and videography ideation and direction just to name a few.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and commitments are adhered to.

• Bachelor’s degree or similar in design or relevant field of study.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working with a collaborative marketing and creative team.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), preparing files as required (traditional & web); editing, retouching, and resizing images.
• Excellent understanding and experience with the creative process and how to evaluate creative output in design, art direction, and copy.
