Coordinator, Student Recruitment(School Admissions)

Royal Crown School is a private high school that features a grade 7 to 12 program, located in the Scarborough neighborhood of Toronto, Canada. On a modern campus, the school provides rigorous, progressive academics with individual attention and small class sizes to ensure success for all the students. The school features an elite basketball program and graduates attend NCAA schools and are even recruited for the NBA. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Coordinator, Student Recruitment(School Admissions), is responsible for supporting the recruitment of students .

The Coordinator Student Recruitment(School Admissions) will develop and maintain good relationships with families, educational agents and consultants.

Responsibilities:

·Supporting the recruitment and admission of students.

·Maintain and execute marketing and student recruitment initiatives by developing and fostering relationships

with internal and external partners, in addition to assisting prospective students and parents through the

admission process from enquiries to enrolment.

·Provide exceptional client-centered service on a consistent basis to all prospective families and assists with

school events and activities throughout the academic year.

·Execute in-person and virtual recruitment events attended by prospective parents.Represent Royal Crown

School and promote our academic programs to prospective students, parents, partners, and educational

organizations.

·Support student enrolment targets at Royal Crown School which includes International and Canadian students

as well as our elite basketball program.

·Help facilitate presentations at local events.

·Help facilitate in-person tours of the Royal Crown School facility.

·Disseminate communications and activities online using CRM and social media platforms including delivering

key messages and encouraging engagement from potential and current students.

·Implement marketing and recruitment strategies to maximize student outreach.

·Collect data and information regarding admission.

Candidates will possess strong organizational skills and be able to manage varied, and sometimes competing initiatives. Candidates must have good written and verbal communications skills and be adept at engaging with small groups of individuals interested in and connected to the school. Preference will be given to candidates with a university or college degree.
