Contract Analyst Jobs

Agilus is recruiting for a Contracts Analyst in the Oil & Gas in Calgary, Alberta.

The Contracts Analyst, is responsible for managing the contracts management process with a focus on claims management.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor contract documentation filing and systems to ensure proper records retention and effective contract management.
• Lead role for contract renewal, including monitoring expiring contracts, planning contract renewals, engaging external and internal stakeholders, amending contracts and updating systems and tools.
• Responsible for contract formation, amendment and execution, including drafting, updating, reviewing and completing contract documents, and facilitating the approval process with support from Legal where appropriate.
• Responsible for managing the claims process.

Successful candidates will have:

• 10-15 years of experience in contract formation/administration.

• Strong Understanding of the Contract Change Management Processes

• Strategic focus to problem solving

• Strong Claims Management experience

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to review peer to peer work product.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and business writing skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Advanced data analysis skills (MS Excel/Power BI) is considered an asset.

• Experience in oil and gas or large infrastructure projects is required

• Previous experience in pipeline construction industry is an asset.
