Content Writer On behalf of our client in the Professional Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Content Writer. Content Writer –
Senior Content Writer with a proven track record of creating compelling content that drives engagement and conversion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop website content, landing pages, product pages, email campaigns, and other customer-facing materials that effectively communicate the value and benefits of products and services
Create content that aligns with the brand's voice and tone and resonates with the target audience
Conduct research and analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences, and use this information to inform content development
Optimize content for search engines and ensure it is accessible and easy to navigate
Continuously evaluate content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness and engagement
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices related to content design and development
Content Writer – Mandatory Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
5+ years of experience in content design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
3+ years of work experience in Canada, ideally at one larger Enterprise/Fortune500 company
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing content for websites and customer-facing items that effectively communicate product value and benefits
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a communication skill level of 9/10 or 10/10
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive, self-starter, willing to learn and grow
Able to interface with stakeholders within the organization and external partners
