À titre de Conseiller en ventes et recrutement, tu aurais les responsabilités suivantes:


  • Solliciter vos prospects et clients régulièrement, ainsi qu'en organisant des visites de réseautage sur un territoire local précis;
  • Faire les entrevues pour tous les niveaux de postes;
  • Non seulement tu es reconnu pour ta forte expérience en ventes et service clients, tu as également?
  • Répondre aux besoins des clients en matière de recrutement;-Effectuer et gérer le cycle complet de recrutement;
  • Participer aux négociations et à l'embauche de tous les nouveaux talents;
  • Identifier et attirer les meilleurs talents de l'industrie;
  • Faire résonner la marque dans différents événements de réseautage;
  • Entretenir et développer votre base de données clients en établissant des relations avec de nouveaux clients;


Plus d'un an d'expérience en développement des affaires. -Capable de bâtir de solides relations d'affaires;


  • Habile avec les technologies et les réseaux sociaux (un atout); Posséder un véhicule
  • Expérience ou grand intérêt pour le monde du recrutement
  • Un bon joueur d'équipe avec une solide capacité de communication

As a Sales and Recruitment Advisor, your responsibilities will include


  • Responding to clients' recruitment needs; - Carrying out and managing the full recruitment cycle;
  • Promote the brand at various networking events;
  • Not only are you known for your strong background in sales and customer service, you also have?
  • Participate in the negotiation and hiring of all new talent;
  • Identify and attract the best talent in the industry;
  • Soliciting your prospects and customers on a regular basis, as well as organising networking visits in a specific local area;
  • Maintain and develop your customer database by building relationships with new customers;
  • Conduct interviews for all levels of positions;



Over a year's experience in business development. -Able to build solid business relationships;


  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
