A leading Albertan company established to provide erosion and sediment control services and soil stabilization and environmental management solutions is currently seeking for an Construction Foreman to join their team. Your new role

The Earthworks Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of their crew for mass excavation, detailed excavation, building retaining walls, and material hauling operations on assigned projects. They provide leadership and ensure the safety and productivity of their crews and equipment. The Foreman is responsible for ensuring that all employees perform their job skillfully and efficiently, and that assigned work progresses on schedule.

Important information

· 14 days on 7 off

· Open to travelling

· $80 LOA + Hotel & flights paid

What you'll need to succeed

· 5 years of Foreman / Supervisory experience

· 5 years civil works experience

· 3+ years equipment operation with fine grading experience (small dozer, excavator, skidsteer, telehandler, loader)

· MSE wall construction and backfilling of structures experience
