Clinical Informatics Designers - Remote

Do you have experience working as a Clinical Informatics Designer? Are you familiar with Clinical Informatics, Adobe Suite, and Adobe Captivate? We are currently looking for a Clinical Informatics Designer to join our exceptional team on a full-time basis for a 10-month contract. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely 100%.
As a Clinical Informatics Designer, your role will involve collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Content Development Team to create well-structured Learning and Performance Support (L&PS) product manuscripts that align with our organization's initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Generate Learning and Performance Support (L&PS) product manuscripts that are instructional sound and aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the Content Development Team.
• Provide guidance and direction to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the content authoring process.
• Offer advice on instructional components of the product, such as static and animated graphics, suitable learning activities and feedback, simulations, interactive sequences, and evaluation methods (including formative and summative assessments) within the product.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Cerner Learning Framework is expected, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Adobe Captivate is necessary.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite for 3-5 years is required.
• The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Clinical Informatics.
