About You

You are looking to join a team of virtual counsellors that are aligned around core values and purpose. You are committed to your growth as a counsellor, but also as an individual. You see the client approach as holistic and are focused on client care, but remain dedicated in supporting their journey and goals throughout the treatment process. Training in addictions work, couples work, AEDP, IFS, Trauma Informed Therapy, or EFT is an asset.

Qualifications

· A Master’s level university degree in counselling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline.

· Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation from the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, or Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCC)

· Individuals in the process of obtaining their designation may be considered;

· Two years’ recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a positive, compassionate and non-judgmental attitude

· Previous work experience in assessment as well as individual and group counselling

· Experience with Jane Software is an asset

· You have evening & weekend availability.

· You can provide counselling in Farsi

Compensation

Competitive split offered based upon clinical experience.
