Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire a Claim Advisor, Accident Benefits MIG (Minor Injury Guideline) to join our Ontario team!


Role Designation: Home-Based (Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia or New Brunswick with Ontario region experience)


Accountabilities:

  • Investigation and settlement of minor injury claims (first party)
  • Ensure superior customer service experience
  • Advise distribution partner on possible coverage opportunities
  • Ensure prompt and equitable settlement of claims
  • Interpreting insurance policy wordings, determine policy coverages and reserves


Qualifications:

  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Minimum post-secondary education or equivalent
  • Have a medical background and experience working in a medical environment
  • Minimum of 1-2 years adjusting insurance claims or similar role
  • Enrolled in, or completion of, CIP designation
