About CIMT College
- Completion of secondary school required.
- Strong ability to multi-task is required
- Experience in a Private Career College is preferred
- 2-3 years experience in a responsible administrative support role preferably in education setting
- Flexible to work in schedules as assigned by the Campus Manager
- Excellent Communication and Customer Services skills
- Involvement working independently and in an administration team
- Knowledge and hands on experience of Microsoft Office Suite is must
- Flexible - ability to adapt to changes
- Resolving student concerns related to schedules, fee payments, etc. along with the Campus Manager
- Assisting the students with regards to schedules and coordinating with Scheduling department to make sure the students are able to complete their course/program as per the expected completion date
- Making sure that all the incoming calls are answered and directed in an efficient manner.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the Campus Manager
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems (student files)
- May compile data, statistics and other info to support Campus Manager
- Assist in smooth functioning of the institute in the evenings and weekends and in Campus Manager’s absence
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Open and Close the campus as required
- Administering the candidates for Testing Centers
- Effectively maintaining student records and record management
- Adhere to all CIMT College Policies and Procedures
- Comply with all regulatory standards as set out by the Ministry of Training for Colleges and Universities, and the PCC Act, 2005
