Job Description

The Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating prospects and development of sales pipeline. Further, finding potential customers and engaging with them to develop interest in our products and setting up appointments & carrying out formal presentations of our unique capabilities and our products in IT sector.


Responsibilities:

·Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

·Communicate regularly with clients to ensure a positive experience and identify areas for improvement

·Develop and manage strategies to grow market share with open territories, no limits to where or what you can sell (North America wide)

·Ensure chosen strategies are driving sales by monitoring revenue achievement by customer and undertaking appropriate action with key stakeholders to ensure that commitments are being met or exceeded

·Develop strong relationships with clients and carriers to uncover and satisfy specific needs and behaviours of key decision-makers

·Lead and coordinate the preparation of all documents to timely complete all RFQ’s

·Enter all information into our CRM to support your sales activities

·Plan, implement and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.

·Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.

·Present the company’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of potential clients’ senior executives.

·Prospecting, generating business opportunities through cold-calling and business networking

·Identify and qualify new business opportunities with potential clients

·Generate new business leads through networking, leveraging existing contacts, and other sales techniques

·Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

·Identify and understand clients' needs and tailor sales pitches and solutions accordingly

·Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives

·Having the ability to own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure

·Create a customized proposal based on the client’s marketing/business objective and provide a compelling presentation

·Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends

·Lead continuous development of new business opportunities leveraging new and innovative sales strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve results.

·Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and forecasts

·Work closely with internal stakeholders to continuously monitor and manage client expectations and ensure the delivery of contractual commitments.

·Ensure customer satisfaction and retention


Our ideal candidate will have:

•Self-motivated yet customer-focused with a results-driven approach

•Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

•A knowledge of and an interest in the methods organisations use to promote themselves through social media is a necessity

•Strong communication and presentation skills

•Organisational skills

•Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

•Native English or fully bilingual (English).

Qualification and Experience:


·At least 1-2 years’ experience 1-2 years’ experience in similar role managing and scaling programs for IT industry brands, with a track record of quantifiable success.

·Relationships/experience within IT industry

Comfortable reaching out to clients and customers.

·You have presentable personality

·You are confident and eloquent

·You have ability to carry out presentations

·Proven experience working in a client-facing role

·Qualification supporting Business development role

·Proven ability to manage multiple pitches under the pressures of tight timelines and lean resources

·Strong willingness to learn and win, and is committed to self-development

·Highly organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow up skills

·Strong analytical, problem resolution and decision-making skills

·Ability to thrive in an environment of change and fast-paced development

·Well-organized and detail-oriented

·Inclusive, collaborative, and adaptable

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
