A seasoned lead with strong Business Analyst skills with proven Project Management experience that has sufficient technical experience in the Data & Analytics and PowerBi Space.

• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to understand how to balance client wants with business needs using excellent negotiation skills
• Critical thinker – ability to evaluate multiple choices
• Able to discover the integration points between processes and draw connections
• Ability to organize activities and dependencies across different Business and technical streams
• Demonstrated experience in systems such as Power BI, Power Platform, SAP, SAS (or comparable platforms)
• Able to present to different levels in the business and tailor messages accordingly
• Pro-active in communication and takes appropriate action to meet team deadlines
• Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis to drive progress and efficiencies that contribute to top and bottom line results
• Proven background and ability to apply and coach in the areas of data literacy, data storytelling/visualization, and data modeling.
• Can drive questions, risks, and issues – capturing notes in a summarized form and escalating to leadership
• Structured and organized is presenting materials and details to streams
• Capable of leading discussions and facilitating meetings independent of subject matter
• Demonstrate a strong background in problem-solving and navigating complex and undefined data and processes to come to a recommendation or solutions that appropriately move the business forward
