Business Analyst - Trade Products

On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Business Analyst - Trade Products.
Business Analyst - Trade Products –

• Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, analyzing trade product gaps and collaborating with a team of internal stakeholders to create solutions to close these gaps
• You will be leading UAT, which involves working with Business & Ops SMEs to document test scenarios and planning the run plan for execution
• As a Senior Business Analyst in Trade Products, you will be a part of a dynamic team comprised of approximately 10 individuals across different functions
• Your primary project will involve a large, complex migration and you will be expected to work under pressure to meet extremely tight deadlines
• This role is based on a hybrid model, requiring you to be in the office 2-3 times a week at the office
• Also responsible for process flow mapping and maintaining project logs such as gap log, risk log, open action items, etc.

Business Analyst - Trade Products – Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role is required
• Experience with gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements gathering, and gap analysis is necessary
• Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and be accessible and committed to promoting teamwork
• Strong familiarity with Jira/Confluence and Agile software like MURAL
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science or Math
• Previous experience with banks and familiarity with Trade Products will be considered a huge asset
• Knowledgeable on business process modeling, process mapping and capable of writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and can meet tight deadlines
