Business Analyst- Trade Products

We are hiring for a Business Analyst - Trade role with a Top 5 bank.

The role is within the Trade workstream comprised of different functions. This role would join a team working towards a high-profile project with extremely tight deadlines. Successful candidates would need to be comfortable working under pressure with limited guidance.

Daily Responsibilities:

-Analyzing trade product gaps and working with a team of internal stakeholders to create solutions to close gaps

-Leading UAT, which includes working with Business & Ops SMEs to document test scenarios and planning the run plan for execution

-Process flow mapping

-Updating and maintaining project logs (e.g. gap log, risk log, open action items, etc.)

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, and designations:

·Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Specialization in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science or Math is desirable.

·7+ years’ experience

·Knowledgeable on business process modelling, process mapping

·Capable of writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents

·Experienced with gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements gathering and gap analysis

·The project relates to a large, complex migration.

-Jira/Confluence

-Agile software (e.g. MURAL)Strong familiarity with these tools is a must.

·Previous banking experience

·Familiarity with Trade products

·Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes

·Problem-resolution mindset to resolve conflicts/issues prior to escalation

·Ability to work independently

·Ability to work with ambiguity
