Function: Accounting/Transaction Management/System Day Close

Prepare monthly KPI reports, process documentation and evidence to support internal and external control requirements and audit reviews

Department: Retail Front-Office & Mid-Office, Supply & Logistics; Commercial Finance, Corporate Reporting

Monitor and process daily EDI files from client and third-party terminals

Process daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing to customers

Reconcile AP invoices at a transactional level and submit for payment

Post-secondary education preferred or combination of relevant work experience in logistics and warehousing

Owns operational KPI dashboard - reports on certain items daily, weekly, and monthly to management. Analyzes data to recommend improvements.

1-2 years of relevant work experience

Manages repack operation (when required)

Manages the fulfillment of all material needed for warehouse operations (airbags, stretch film, seals, office supplies, etc).

Manages partial pallet & non-active inventory.

Knowledgeable on business process modeling, process mapping and capable of writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents

Experience with gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements gathering, and gap analysis is necessary

A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science or Math

7+ years of experience in a similar role is required

Previous experience with banks and familiarity with Trade Products will be considered a huge asset

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, and designations:

·Experienced with gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements gathering and gap analysis

·Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Specialization in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science or Math is desirable.

·Knowledgeable on business process modelling, process mapping

·Capable of writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents

We are hiring for a Business Analyst - Trade role with a Top 5 bank.

Minimum of four years of relevant experience in financial and management reporting and analysis for upper management;

Good interpersonal and relationship management skills;

Produce monthly reports and analysis to support the results to be presented to SP/C management;

University Degree in accounting or finance;

Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and work well under pressure in a result driven environment;

Knowledge of Oracle, HFM and/or Hyperion Planning system an asset;

Manage the territory’s wildlife responsibly

Post-secondary education in communications, journalism, marketing, or related discipline

Experience researching, developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies, methods and products

Experience producing, publishing and maintaining websites and content

Experience engaging and advising client groups on projects/initiatives and providing recommendations

Experience managing social media accounts on a variety of channels
