Pryco Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Coordinator for Building Condition Assessments. In this role, you will support our assessment projects by coordinating various aspects of the assessment process, ensuring the smooth execution of assignments, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities:

·Assist in the coordination of building condition assessment projects, including scheduling site visits, arranging necessary permits, and coordinating with clients and assessment teams.

·Conduct research and gather relevant data to support the assessment process, including property records, blueprints, and historical documentation.

·Compile and organize assessment reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.

·Collaborate with coordinators, assessors, and other team members to facilitate effective communication and timely project delivery.

·Provide administrative support, such as managing documentation, maintaining project files, and responding to client inquiries.

·Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials as needed.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field to Building Science is preferred.

·Prior experience or internships in the building condition assessment/ building science industry is a plus.

·Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

·Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.

·Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools.

·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.

·Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Word and Adobe.

·Must have good report-writing skills.

·Must have a class 5 driver’s license and must have his own car.
