Looking for a great Bookkeeper, interested in full-cycle accounting. to work for a great family own business. Are you an autonomous Bookkeeper that likes to take charge, and follow up on clients and suppliers to ensure quick and proper treatment of invoices? Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP you will be responsible for
bookkeeping duties including but not limited to:
Accounts payables, accounts ( approval of vendor invoices and expense reports., HST & GST tax remittance)
receivables / collections,
Journal entries and other G/L maintenance, bank reconciliations, monthly and year end reporting, .
Payroll processing, employee file maintenance, provincial and federal remittances, government deductions, ensuring staff insurance and licenses are up to date as applicable.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in accounting,
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or as a full-cycle accounting clerk
Good Excel skills
Strong English
Worked with an ERP Quickbooks or Sage
