What you get to do every day
  • Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Assess billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessary
  • Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
  • Institute financial procedures and controls
Requirements
A Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
  • Expertise in Invoice Processing
  • Debit Memo experience
  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred
  • Billing experience
  • Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Highly-experience in in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
  • Well-founded grasp of SharePoint
  • Proven knowledge of Credit Memo
  • Deep understanding of SAP
  • Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
