Billing Clerk Jobs

Description

This Vancouver based client are looking to add a Billing Clerk to their experienced accounting team. In this role you will work collaboratively with another Billing Clerk as well as the whole accounting team and be responsible for:

• Collections calls and any other ad-hoc tasks as requested.
• Main point of contact for any internal/external billing related queries.
• Preparing invoices and billing regular clients in line with company standards.
• Client Management, adding new clients and updating their details to the CRM system.
• Account Receivables and Billings reporting into senior management.
