The Role


Clinic 360, a leading Bariatric and Plastic Surgery Clinic and subsidiary of Think Research, is currently seeking a skilled Bariatric Sales Associate to join our team. The Bariatric Sales Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional patient consultation services during bariatric surgery consultations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the medical/bariatric surgery field and possess a client-centered mindset. As a Bariatric Sales Associate, you will work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. This is a Full-Time position primarily scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, with occasional flexibility required.


You Will Have The Opportunity To:


  • Perform work under minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Act as a lead or first-level supervisor, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to patients and colleagues.
  • Serve as a clinic ambassador for the 360 Sleeve program, representing Clinic 360 to potential patients.
  • Drive the conversion of patients from consultation to surgery by effectively


communicating the benefits of bariatric surgery and addressing patient inquiries.


  • Coordinate care with other clinic staff to maintain continuity of care and deliver exceptional service to patients.
  • Respond to patient inquiries received via web forms or phone, providing education and information to potential patients.
  • Coordinate surgery scheduling and secure payments from patients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, sharing patient insights and acting as a thought leader for campaigns.
  • Maintain regular updates to the sales force, ensuring surgeons and the team have the latest information on upcoming surgeries and procedures.
  • Screen patients for consultations, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for bariatric surgery.
  • Assist surgeons during consultations and schedule follow-up appointments as directed by the physician.
  • Address patient complaints and concerns, escalating them to the Medical or Nursing Director as needed.
  • Follow up with cold leads and consultations performed, ensuring effective
  • Work with the Bariatric Nurse to coordinate ancillary patient care with the dietitian and nutritionist.
  • Collaborate with the Bariatric Nurse to complete the required documentation, including consent forms.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate product information to potential customers.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Knowledge of the medical/bariatric surgery field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Experience with CRM software and electronic sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Experience in consultative selling and demonstrating the value of products/services.
