About the role:
We are looking for an open role as individual contributor to work on FX Cash Trading team. As individual contributor, you need to hands on the development, take the ownership of the technical/business component, and also be able to lead the developers to deliver the project to meet the business commitment.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver to production small non breaking iterative change that provides business value
• Help maintain and improve the stability and reliability of our production environments
• Help consult on business requirements with specific input around technology capability and limitations
• Work closely with the business in London, Hong Kong, New York, Poland and other centres on a day to day basis to ensure that the business and project needs are met.

Requirements

• Knowledge of DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Splunk, Jira/Confluence,Genoes, Maven, Leininge, Gradle.
• Knowledge and experience of DevOps, Micro-service, Restful API.
• Solid and proficient skills in Java, Clojure, Web Service, JSON, Postgresql, Kotlin etc
• Minimum 5 years of development experience is required.
• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Track record in working on the delivery of complex deployment projects and under diversified/ matrix structure.

• Experienced with NoSQL database
• Foreign Exchange business knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills.
• Able to work at flexible hour for late evening meeting with colleagues in various regions, API deployment & production support.
• Strong business sense with good understanding in how IT systems impact business objectives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willing to learn/explore various technologies especially in Integration domain.
