REPORTS TO: Manager on Duty, Kitchen Supervisor



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: To prepare all orders correctly, efficiently, and timely and to ensure that it is served at the appropriate temperature.


We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact specifications and to set up stations for the menu. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.


What We Are Looking For From You


  • Ensure product quality and freshness of ingredients.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, KM, or GM
  • Have an understanding of cooking methods/procedures and knife-handling skills
  • Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
  • Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
  • Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
  • Must be organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure a well-stocked workstation and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift
  • Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, lift and carry heavy material
