We are looking for a part-time contract B2B Social Media Specialist/Manager to join our team on a contract until the end of the year, with the possibility of renewal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. The B2B Social Media Specialist/Manager will be responsible for creating engaging content, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics. This is a part-time position and work hours will range up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives

· Create and manage social media content calendars

· Develop engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook

· Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and inquiries

· Analyze performance metrics to adjust social media strategies and drive engagement

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media strategies are aligned with overall marketing initiatives

· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field

· 2+ years of experience in B2B social media management

· Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent analytical skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Experience with social media management tools such as Oktopost or Hootsuite
