- Produce clear, efficient, and timely logs of calls and emails into a client-case tracking system to manage requests and issues
- Follow established departmental procedures including call documentation, investigation, escalation, and resolution
- Respond to first level customer support phone calls and emails, providing extraordinary customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Assist with special projects, trade shows and conventions as required
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Investigate and troubleshoot using various internal tools and web-based applications
- Collaborate with various internal teams including Engineering and Quality
- Resolve support issues in a prompt and efficient manner while escalating to the support manager, or technical team members when necessary.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced, high-activity environment
- Fluent in French or Spanish is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, web-based applications and Customer Relationship Management systems
- Ability to read 2D and 3D automotive part drawings and blueprints
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management software, ERP systems, technical references like All Data, Mitchell ProDemand and aftermarket parts catalogues is an asset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a companies' products and services
- Working knowledge of automotive suspension systems, chassis and steering components*
- Standard office setting
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Will be required to work on-site for first three months
