Job Description
Founded in 2005 in Ontario, BrokerTeam Insurance has an established reputation with our clients, our brokers, and our carrier partners. In 2022, we brought our brand into Alberta, where we currently have two locations.


The Role


BrokerTeam Insurance is seeking sales-minded insurance brokers or agents to join our team. In additional to competitive compensation, insurance professionals will be given the support and structure to grow and take their careers to the next level.


Your Responsibilities Will Include


  • Interact with insurance companies in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Generate new business
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and exceptional customer service


Ideal Profile


  • Effective time management skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Level II license preferred
  • Good communicator
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
