Overview
Fountain Tire Nanaimo (4801 Wellington Road ) is searching for an experienced Automotive Professional to join us as an Assistant Store Manager in charge of Tire Services. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who is preparred to take on a true management role. This is a role intended for someone who wants to pursue a partnership.
The Successful Candidate Will Have The Opportunity To

Our Ideal Candidate Will
  • Is able to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing and high-volume environment
  • Have extensive experience as an Assistant Manager in the tire or automotive repair industry
  • Be dedicated , able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, career orientated
  • Be driven to succeed with no inhibitions to getting hands dirty, this is a working management position
  • Be fiscally responsible, self-confident and have excellent time management skills.
  • Be an experienced tire and/or mechanical and agriculture professional (2-5 years) preferably with experience in a Service Advisor or Service Manager type role
