Denholm are thrilled to be bringing to this fabulous role to the market on an exclusive basis.Supporting the Brand Manager, focusing on iconic brands, you will support in the development and implementation of marketing communication strategies; identify target audience, objectives, message, and media for all aspects of the promotional mix.


  • To lead and support various new product development with cross functional project teams through our stage gate process from initiation to launch to post launch review.
  • Manage and own your professional development in order to achieve your work objectives and your career and personal goals.
  • To champion the brand point of sale strategy.
  • To support the analysis of monthly brand performance.
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager and internal stakeholders to deliver effective brand toolkits.

  • Support in the creation competitive and sustainable pricing strategies.
  • To support the ongoing development of brand experience within our brand home(s).
  • Ensure marketing operations comply with legal, regulatory, ethical, and social requirements.


Personal Profile


Scope of Role The Assistant Brand Manager will be required to work closely with the Brand Manager to achieve the agreed objectives of the Brand Plans, successfully implement and measure key marketing initiatives.


  • An understanding of P&L and ideally commercial reporting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing & presentation skills.
  • Experience of New Product Development (marketing)
  • Educated to degree level preferably in marketing/business.
  • 2+ years' experience in product/brand/marketing management role - preferably within FMCG
  • Analytical and innovative, with the ability to think strategically.


Working Conditions This is a hybrid role with some travel to distilleries, industry events and rare international trips.You will be required to work additional hours as necessitated by the needs of the business.Benefits include 34 days holiday; superb up to 20% pension (10% non-contributory, with up to 5% AVC matched); life assurance; income protection and £400 annual product allowance
