Contract Duration: End date August 8th, 2023
Extension Opportunity: Possibility
Scheduled Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm (Possibility of rotating shifts)
Typical Day in Role:
• Participates, and reviews process solution improvement for provisioning. Seeks direction from management and peers on recommendations for enhancements and improvements
• Manages individual troubleshooting activities for user access issues
• Contributes to the resolution of access obstacles and deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in testing of access provisioning for new/upgraded applications
• End to end responsibility for identification and remediation of access issues associated with end user provisioning
• Collaborates with application and infrastructure support teams, towards the resolution of known issues
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills due to the volume and need to multi-task and prioritize
• Action escalations by engaging the appropriate teams or management for resolution
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
1. 5-7+ years of hands-on experience with access management, access provisioning and troubleshooting
2. 5-7+ years of work experience with the Broadridge applications (Global Framework)
3. 5-7+ years of ServiceNow experience – Triaging tickets and actioning escalations
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• CAMS provisioning
• Knowledge of Salesforce provisioning
• Helpdesk experience
Soft Skills:
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization
• Strong decision making, forward thinking and creative problem-solving skills to anticipate and respond quickly to technological/market influences
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
Best vs. Average Candidate:
• Analytical, goal motivated, customer service orientated
Education:
• Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related IT field required
Candidate Review & Selection
• One round video interview with the hiring manager and team members – 30 minutes
• Technical questions to gauge technical thought process and situational questions
