Application Developer (Intermediate) Jobs

Airswift has been tasked by a large Oil & Gas Client to find a? Application Developer to work on a one-year contract?in Alberta, Canada.

Main duties: Perform cybersecurity risk assessments Perform cybersecurity vulnerability assessments and alerts Report on cybersecurity risk Drive development, implementation and automation of risk management tools and processes Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks Recommend cost effective and appropriate risk control barriers Conduct research to maintain and expand knowledge on the latest cybersecurity controls and Manage and provide support to cybersecurity risk project activities across the enterprise, including Supplier Risk Management and other cybersecurity improvement program projects

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or technical diploma, preferably in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Information Security, or Computer Engineering A minimum of four (4+) or more years of Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related IT application development experience Demonstrated understanding of business processes, industry best practices, cybersecurity

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with TCP/IP, WAN/LAN concepts, operating systems, and firewall security policies Proven experience managing risk (preferably cybersecurity risk) for a large enterprise Demonstrated strong understanding of the IT security landscape, including emerging risks and security solutions Risk management certifications are considered an asset (e.g. CISA) Experience with cybersecurity Vulnerability Management and Scanning tools
