Mobile Application Developer Jobs

We are looking for Mobile Application Developer to join our growing team in Edmonton, Alberta.

As a Mobile Application Developer, your primary responsibility will be to create and deliver exceptional mobile apps and user experiences, with a focus on delivering the best possible end-user experience. Your role will encompass the entire design and development process, from initial needs assessment to content creation and solution building, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and driving adoption. The key requirement for this role is a deep understanding of how to create outstanding user interfaces and seamlessly integrate them with highly sophisticated applications, websites, and databases. Work with the Software Application Development Team to evaluate user requests, clarify objectives and functional requirements for new or modified Web Applications, and assist in determining feasibility, time requirements, compatibility with current system and system capabilities.

Responsibilities

·Present findings during daily team meetings

·Gather information for assigned tasks, this includes but is not limited to review existing code, processes or stored procedures, coding and unit testing

·Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code

·Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues

·Provide technical assistance to resolve application and operating issues

·Evaluate new technologies and development tools

·Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

·Upon request, deploying application parts to production and non-production environments, debugging applications and solving found problems

·Upon request, review other's code

·Review current technologies for best practices

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science

·Deep understanding and hands on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScripts, PHP, AWS, Core PHP and MySQL

·8+ years experience in a programing and analysis role

·Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·Strong time management and organizational skills.

·Strong customer service and presence skills.

·Well versed in presenting to technical and business clients.
