Your role at Baxter
In this role you are accountable for executing on the direction provided by Marketing, Supply Chain and Allocation Coordinator including reporting.
What you'll be doing

• Update Preference Groups (1x month) in JDE to ensure customer set up Allocation settings are accurate
• Ensure alignment with current Allocation code status, stock availability and replenishment
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders built on communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn
• Continue training and development on tasks executed by Allocation Coordinator
• Prepare customer/code level reports when requested by Marketing
• Fulfill daily release requests submitted by Hospital Care to minimize disruption to Patient Care and therapies

What you'll bring

• 2+ year's of experience in customer service/commercial operations
• Experience with JDE and BOOST an asset
• Self-starter, curiosity to seek out improvements with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and analysis skills
• Bachelors Degree/College Diploma required
• Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving skills
• Experience in MS Office Suite
