Job Description
On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for an AI/ML Data Analyst - SQL, Python and/or R
AI/ML Data Analyst - SQL, Python and/or R –


  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions
  • Stay up to date with the latest tools and technologies in data analysis and visualization
  • Collect and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
  • Continuously monitor and improve data quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and requirements
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights
  • Identify patterns and trends in data to help stakeholders make informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain data models, databases, and other data systems

AI/ML Data Analyst - SQL, Python and/or R – Mandatory Skills


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Background or familiarity with Machine Learning/AI
  • 5-7+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or D3.js
  • 5-7+ years of experience and strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Linguistics or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • 5-7+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization

AI/ML Data Analyst - SQL, Python and/or R - Nice to Have Skills


  • Knowledge with ChatBot
  • Experience working with Contact Centers
  • Experience Diagflow
