Affiliate Marketing Specialist Jobs

The Role:

As the Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our affiliate marketing programs and strategic partnerships. In this new role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by forming new partnerships and nurturing existing ones. You will also be responsible for scaling our existing affiliate marketing programs by developing relationships with key affiliate partners and optimizing program performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor affiliate performance, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize conversion rates.
• Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategy, including identifying key affiliates and onboarding process.
• Manage affiliate program budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring a positive return on investment.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, affiliate marketing best practices, and new affiliate opportunities.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and policies related to affiliate marketing, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Research and identify potential new affiliates, evaluating their suitability and negotiating terms.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop compelling affiliate marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and promotional content.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• You are a powerful, effective communicator
• At least 3 years experience managing and scaling affiliate or influencer programs for e-commerce brands, with a track record of quantifiable success.
• Comfortable reaching out to mass media publications to have each new collection/collaboration featured when relevant
• Digital PR and influencer management experience
• Experience working with budgets and reporting
• Confident working with large amounts of data and have a data-minded approach to planning your work and analyzing its outcomes.
• 3+ years experience with Google Analytics
• Relationships/experience with fashion/retail publications
• Experience working within affiliate networks (Rakuten, CJ, Impact) & creator networks (LTK, ShopStyle, etc.) to optimize influencer commission rates.
