In this Marketing Advisor role, the successful candidate will manage the Energy Services marketing, communication, and website efforts. This role will be accountable to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction for existing and promoting EGI for new customers. This role will also develop an understanding of general natural gas market trends, strategic customer news and competitor updates to assist with the creation of presentations, campaigns, among other external communications.

What You Will Do

• Participate in and lead project teams for new service development, marketing strategies, communications materials, key messages, website developments, and customer events.
• Work closely with groups external to Energy Services to ensure that Enbridge Gas interests are represented during company-wide strategic initiatives, ensure brand compliance in all external communications, and ensure Energy Services adheres to corporate guidelines and policies.
• Using your outstanding communication and marketing skills, you will innovatively advance the communications in Energy Services.
• Apply communications expertise to plan strategic internal and external communications for Energy Services revenue generating initiatives and customer service projects.
• Contribute to revenue growth by owning the development and execution of the Energy Services marketing and communication plan to support the Dawn Hub.
• Provide communications support to Energy Services as it relates to internal town halls, external conferences, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Using various communication channels, stay informed of general natural gas industry trends, strategic customer news and competitor updates to support Energy Services strategies and communication efforts.

Who You Are

• Ability to work efficiently, timely and capable of balancing multiple priorities independently.
• Proven communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
• Experience collaborating with multiple partners on key marketing initiatives.
• Related post-secondary degree and 4 or more years of related experience.
