We're seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Clerk to join the team in High River, Alberta. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in organization, and is ready to contribute to the plant's success.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Order Management: Create shipment orders and oversee railcar releases when needed, contributing to the seamless flow of products.
  • Document Organization: Maintain and organize policies, preparing monthly meeting packages to support effective communication.
  • Data Management: Utilize Excel to create, input, and manage multiple spreadsheets, contributing to accurate records and data-driven decision-making.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle diverse administrative tasks, including filing, document organization, office supplies management, meeting minute recording, and report generation.
  • Visitor and Call Management: Professionally answer phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and greet and assist visitors to the Plant, providing a welcoming environment.
  • Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely and efficient pickup of products from the Plant. Maintain shipping functions to uphold our delivery standards.
What we're looking for:
  • Analytical and organized, ability to process information and compare data on Excel
  • Ability to work independently and have a self-starter attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Administrative, data entry, and Excel experience preferred
