Job Description

Our client wants to enlist the talent of an administrative assistant. The incumbent is responsible for the administrative and management functions of the office.


Main Responsibilities


  • Data entry into the accounting system;
  • Printing of documents for residents (account statements, proof of housing, etc.);
  • Organization and dispatch of mail (letter, parcel, liaison with bailiffs, etc.);
  • Welcome residents by providing them with answers to their questions or by redirecting them to the appropriate resources;
  • Taking payments at the reception desk (debit and cash);
  • Management and dispatch of high-volume telephone calls;
  • Management of office supplies (orders, billing follow-ups and maintenance of inventories of various suppliers).


Experience And Qualifications


  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • Very good knowledge of French, spoken and written;
  • High school diploma or vocational diploma in administration, secretarial studies or any other equivalent branch;
  • Mastery of the Office suite;
  • Have between one and three years of experience in a customer service position;
