General Accountability

This position is responsible for the processing of fuel sales transactions for the Energy Division.

Reports To: Supervisor, Accounting - Energy

Location: Central Office, 105 Silvercreek Parkway North, Guelph, Ontario

Specific Accountabilities

• Process truck reports, on a daily basis in an accurate and timely manner. Contact branch office Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for any missing documentation and/or other related issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Process commercial energy delivery billings.
• Daily posting of system billings
• Process truck loading report.
• Code and match supplier invoices for related receipt vouchers.
