In this role, you will update client accounts and provide valuable guidance to aspiring athletes. This position requires a background in playing NCAA D1 soccer to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the sport and the recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

·Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including student-athletes, parents, and coaches, throughout the recruiting process.

·Update and maintain client accounts with accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring an organized and efficient workflow.

·Utilize your extensive knowledge and personal experience of NCAA D1 soccer to evaluate client profiles, highlight strengths, and identify areas for improvement.

·Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop effective strategies to showcase client athletes to college coaches and increase their exposure.

·Attend women's soccer events, tournaments, and showcases to build relationships with coaches and identify potential opportunities for clients.

·Stay current with the latest trends and changes in NCAA D1 soccer recruiting rules and regulations.

·Continuously nurture and strengthen client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

·Played NCAA Division 1 women's soccer with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, recruitment process, and eligibility requirements.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, coaches, and other stakeholders.

·Proven organizational abilities to manage multiple client accounts and ensure accurate and timely updates.

·Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback to clients.

·Knowledge of the latest recruiting tools and platforms in the NCAA D1 women's soccer space.

·Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to maximize client outcomes.

·A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable goals and targets.

·Ability to travel occasionally for events and tournaments.
