Job Description
Intetics Inc. is a leading American technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Business Analyst to enrich its team with a skilled professional.


Responsibilities


  • Participate in testing and review phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Conduct research and gather business requirements from clients in the payment banking industry
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Use data analysis techniques to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements or optimizations
  • Analyze and document requirements, and work with the development team to ensure that requirements are implemented accurately
  • Participate in product backlog creation and prioritization meetings with the development team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of projects


Requirements


  • Deep understanding of payment banking and financial norms and regulations (e.g. FEDWIRE, CHIPS, SWIFT, etc.). Exposure to ISO20022
  • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis in the payment banking industry
