·Business Analysts from Investment banking domain(with in-depth knowledge of Capital Markets/ Securities Services products/Syndicated Loans & TTS ) and reconciliation build experience.
·Hands on experience in Recon (Reconciliation) design and build incl. TLM rules config,core controls, data ingestion and transformation.
·Hands on experience in Unix and SQL
·Exposure to Python, API / data streaming solutions, Cloud hosting, Containerization and data analytics
·Hands on experience on build strategic (Recon Tool based) and tactical solutions (RPA / dashboards / reporting)
·Stakeholder management, accurate project tracking, co-ordination across teams and partner applications, reporting and timely escalation in case of issues
·End to End Project management, with stakeholder management and communications
·Testing Management End to EndUAT , with reporting
·Metrics Dashboard knowledge (Qliksense, Tableau)
·Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation / presentation skills
