Overview Staff Product Designer is responsible for designing and developing products that meet customer needs and expectations. They work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing products. They must have a strong understanding of user experience, design principles, and the latest technologies. Detailed Job Description Staff Product Designers are responsible for designing and developing products that meet customer needs and expectations. They work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing products. They must have a strong understanding of user experience, design principles, and the latest technologies. They must be able to create prototypes and mockups, and be able to communicate their ideas effectively. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing requirements. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as InVision, Framer, etc.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of user experience principles and best practices
• Knowledge of design principles and techniques
• Knowledge of web technologies and software development processes
• Knowledge of user interface design
• Knowledge of usability testing
• Knowledge of graphic design principles
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in product design
