What you need to be successful:

Manage the Contractor. Negotiate as required.

Knowledge of CCDC contract types

Good knowledge of local construction trades and consultants.

Expert in liens and holdbacks

Expert in substantial completion and occupancy process

Expert in tracking construction cost divisions, and cash allowances.

Interview, train, and manage Quality Officers on multiple sites

Extensive knowledge in building techniques, building codes in the construction of multi-story residential buildings

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and electronic devices

Visit sites frequently and ensure quality programs are implemented by Quality Officers with consistency and efficiency

Visit sites frequently and ensure scope of work and quality standards are followed by sub-contractors

Mentor, coach and train internal employees to assist quality assurance and quality control

5 years of experience in residential roofing inspection

Good understanding of safety policies and safe work while ensuring that all safety rules are always being followed

Work at Height Certificate and WSB

$200 a day flat rate daily regardless of number of appointments+ $100 per each claim approved

Will receive a maximum of 5 appointments per day

Average weekly commission is $3000

Management of contractors RFI’s and clarification requests

Explain terms, scope of works, and conditions to managers and interested parties

File the payment schedule to finance folders as per accounts payable guidelines

5 plus years of related construction contracts experience

Previous experience in drafting agreements, preparing contracts and negotiations

Advanced computer skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and Microsoft programs are mandatory

5 years of experience in residential roofing inspection

Good understanding of safety policies and safe work while ensuring that all safety rules are always being followed

Work at Height Certificate and WSB

$200 a day flat rate daily regardless of number of appointments+ $100 per each claim approved
