Implement Branch Director's directives and ensure branches are efficiently and effectively managed

Manage the daily administrative operations of the branches including the approval of all incoming and outgoing daily transactions

Ensure compliance and internal control requirements are met

Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Knowledge of the firm’s operations, policies, and procedures regarding client accounts, including internal controls

Minimum 3 years of management experience

Ensures target is met in terms of employed/career path and training/education core measure

Creates and manages development action plans for all staff to ensure growth within the role and organization.

Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Housekeeping or Building Management

Provide Relief Management coverage for regular days off and vacation for a variety of buildings in the Toronto area.
