Proven experience in project management and executing marketing campaigns

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives

Working collaboratively develops harmonized data analysis processes and tools related to drug product manufacturing support, tech transfer and manufacturing innovation management.

Knowledgeable of application and practices of current GMP’s, international regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Champion, promote and coordinate manufacturing innovation and sharing of experience among sites

Bachelor degree in relevant field required or sufficient scientific and technical depth achieved from professional experience.

Minimum 3 years of GMP pharmaceutical experience

Good quality orientation background with knowledge of cGMP’s, regulatory guidelines, and validation practices

You have strong sales management experience and have the ability to market yourself, the mortgage business, and Scotiabank effectively

Experience in financial services/Wealth management, and/or mortgage sales is a definite asset

Delivery of established sales targets for assigned territories working in tandem with the Business Development Manager(s)

Effectively manage a pipeline of mortgage files and ensure consistent and timely follow-up for active and potential clients

Superior sales and interpersonal skills

Experience and skill set required:

· MBA with specialization in Risk Management desired

· Implement a structured approach to capturing compliance requirements and translating them into IT requirements.

Outstanding leadership and communication skills

· Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and French.

MUST have impeccable communication skills.

Experience working with loan origination software such as Filogix/Expert

Ability to prioritize incoming issues and manage a constantly evolving deal pipeline.

Prior experience working at a bank or mortgage lending company.

Prior experience workingwith financial software programs such as Filogix / Expert.

Working knowledge of Residential Default process, Mortgage Origination & Servicing process preferred

Responsible for all outbound and inbound contact from all clients and related parties in order to cure arrears

Review and action all assigned workflow to ensure that files are followed up on in a timely manner to remedy default

Maintain a best-in class relationship with clients, subsequent encumbrances, solicitors and brokers
