3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance field

1 year of maintenance planning experience

Strong analytical skills including troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills effective in quickly identify issues, causes and sustainable corrective actions.

Complies with all ASC Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH), Waste Management and Quality Assurance requirements

Intermediate or higher-level experience with Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Management System

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Accountable for on time delivery of a weekly SITREP to the Facilities Engineers and Facilities Management.

Handles confidential matters (personnel actions, management reports, etc.) in accordance with management policy and with the highest degree of professionalism

Proficient in management of personnel and projects

Strong project management skills, with experience managing construction and renovation projects

Knowledge of provincial/federal requirements for major construction projects, as well as relevant regulations and codes related to facilities management

5 years of experience in facilities management, including experience supervising employees and overseeing third-party contractors

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with building and property management

Compliance and ownership of the site contractor management program

Participate in the management of grievances and labour relations matters

Possesses business acumen and analytical skills to anticipate financial and business requirements and ensure effective use of resources.

Demonstrated ability to operate current computer applications such as AutoCAD, word processing, database, spreadsheet, and maintenance management systems.

Lead, supervise, and performance manage designated staff

Red Seal Trades qualification as a journeyman in a relevant trade or completion of a diploma in building sciences.

Five to seven years’ recent, related experience

Post-secondary education, preferably in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business or Operations Management or a related Supply Chain Management program;

8-10 years of pertinent facility management experience with a proven track record;

· Direct environmental activities, recycling, and energy management, and ensure compliance with government regulations

PMP certification considered an asset;

Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze results and respond effectively and efficiently;

Very strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills;

Participate on committees to assist with event details and other special requirements

Having good knowledge of the company’s emergency evacuation policies

Minimum 2 years previous experience in recreation facility as a driver

Certification in first aid, CPR, defibrillation

Must possess effective oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of equipment repairs and usage

Additional Technical And Professional Requirements

Seven (7) to ten (10) years recent, related progressive supervisory and management experience in a large complex unionized environment

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable

Participates in the development and activation of business continuity plans in cooperation with clinical leadership and Emergency Management.

Carries out responsibilities in accordance with health and safety requirements. Immediately reports unsafe situations by notifying supervisor or other appropriate personnel.

Demonstrated ability to take action in a crisis management environment

Demonstrated working knowledge of building systems, operations and maintenance practices in a complex, multi-site health care environment

Interact with management, co-workers, and public.

2 years of maintenance experience.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings.

General knowledge of plumbing repairing.

Gerenal knowledge about heating units and air conditioners (PTAC units)

Responsible for vandalism clean up and repair, within skill level.

Strong project management skills: experience managing a maintenance portfolio that includes multiple across North America.

Effectively manage resources and finances,

Use your experience in the industry to support and advise the Facilities Coordinator team when in-depth troubleshooting is required.

Manage vendors to ensure on-time and on-budget repairs and maintenance, and hold our vendors to lululemon SLAs.

Partner with Senior Manager to plan and forecast future expenditure trends

2 years+ building maintenance, construction or similar experience with proven experience leading teams.

Assist with scheduling and supervising the grounds staff and their daily routines and responsibilities.

Act in park manager stead during their vacations or days off which may include some weekends.

Previous experience in a similar role.

Knowledge and ability to safely conduct basic maintenance on equipment used around the property.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, hydro repairs would be considered an asset.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role.
