Manager of Administration and Client Services,

•Schedules and attends Board and committee meetings; prepares agendas, and records/transcribes minutes.

•Performs administrative and office support tasks, including a variety of clerical duties.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an asset.

Emergency Management- Incident Command System Certification (or willingness to acquire) is an asset.

Possession of a valid B.C. Drivers Licence and clean driving record.

The ideal candidate will possess a

Experience: Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role is preferred. Experience in remote work environments is an advantage.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle large volumes of data and meet deadlines.

Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to clarify data requirements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth data entry operations.

Experience working in child and youth mental health services.
