Provides clerical support at community clinics including entering personal health information into the COVaxON medical records database, as needed

Determines records and recovers overpayments out of ongoing assistance through SAMS and ensures cases are terminated

Thorough understanding of general accounting principles, financial reporting, municipal financial management and auditing requirements along with excellent analytical and evaluation skills

Provide consulting, technical expertise, financial/accounting, research assistance and analytical support services to Management and Staff related to capital and operating budgets

Undertake various financial studies and / or analysis projects to facilitate management decision making, as assigned

Post-Secondary education, University or Community College in related discipline; i.e. Water and Wastewater, Environmental, Civil or related field of study

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience

Provincial Certification: Water Treatment (Level 3), Water Distribution Level 2, and Wastewater Collection Level 2

Good communication skills, both written and verbal for dealings with the public, contractors, provincial inspectors, consultants, employees, and the Union

Responsible for providing management of the housing and homelessness teams in the Program Manager’s Absence

Manage and oversee the Emergency Housing Program including contract compliance with all vendors supporting the program
