Ensure correctness and completeness and good condition of all spare parts being served to requestors.

Ensure on-time receiving and issuing of requested stock items using MAXIMO for inventory items and existing database for non-inventory materials.

Experience with industrial or civil construction is an asset.

Experience with rough/light carpentry work.

Carpentry, scaffold erection or formwork experience

Skilled Construction Labourer or Apprentice Carpenter

Framing, backing, small ramp & stairs construction, equipment protection, Miscellaneous carpentry.

Willing to perform site clean-up duties.

Improvement/Innovation: Identify improvements in existing processes, systems and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.

Experience working within a pulp mill and/or an industrial plant will be considered an asset.

Kraft pulp mill experience is a strong preference

Knowledge of federal and provincial environmental regulations considered an asset.

Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing

Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network and waste and drainage systems

Install, repair and maintain domestic, plumbing fixtures and systems

Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors

Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings

Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, or soldering,
