Associates will be cleaning out vehicles that have been in a collision

5+ years’ experience in a construction and/or yard environment

Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

MS Office application skills a strong asset

Maintain property, including, snow removal, dust control, cleanliness and keep organized in a safe, professional manor.

Determine methods of reporting, analyzes trends and distributes reports on a daily basis to all operation groups.

Audit and insure all outbound/inbound materials are shipped/received appropriately and reported.

Atleast 3 years of experience as a yard foreman, a team leader, working in the construction or wood industry, or similar

Have an extensive knowledge of wood and/or construction materials

Complete insurance package paid 50%

Possibility to advance in the company

Day shift (must be available as of 6am)

Managing health and safety protocols of the yard

Discuss moderately complex tax issues with the engagement team and client management.

Excellent managerial, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills

Keep informed of current tax developments and effectively apply tax knowledge to client situations. Thoroughly and accurately analyze information.

A bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or a related field

A passionate interest in developing their Canadian income tax knowledge

Learning opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career

Experience using DVM, Amp clamp-on meter, Meggar, oscilloscope, power tools and hand tools

Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking skills required.

Minimum of 1- year work experience in the Mechanical and Electrical maintenance field.

Familiarity with both machanical and electrical power and control systems

Capable of reading and understanding electrical drawings and maintenance manuals

Capable of using computers and computer control systems

Complete work orders as assigned by management

Pick up all garbage and litter throughout the parking facility, including entrance and exit ramps

Sign installations; Pressure washing; Line Painting; Snow blowing; Basic Repairs (gate arms, etc);

Installation of parking curbs, delineators, bollards etc.

Operate Machinery: Drill, Generator, Jack Hammer, Snow Plow

Replace bags in the garbage cans throughout the parking facility

Experience as a Labourer, in construction industry is ideal

Skid-steer loader experience is an asset

Sunday to Thursday: Night shift is 7:00pm to 5:30am
