Scope of the Position: Responsible for providing cleaning and maintenance services to support parking lot operations.
What You'll Do

• Clean all signs on the main level
• Wipe down all garbage receptacles
• Pick up litter in all pay on foot vestibules
• Installation of parking curbs, delineators, bollards etc.
• Clean the washrooms and parking office windows
• Ensure that all safety standards are maintained
• These are guidelines and express the minimum expectations, other duties may be assigned
• Wash garbage containers in the parking facility
• Parking office to be swept and mopped
• Clean and wipe down all parking equipment including all pay on foot machines plus in lane Equipment including gates
• Sign installations; Pressure washing; Line Painting; Snow blowing; Basic Repairs (gate arms, etc);
• Pick up all garbage and litter throughout the parking facility, including entrance and exit ramps
• Dust and clean signage on remaining levels and all fire extinguisher or fire hose boxes throughout the parking facility as required
• Complete work orders as assigned by management
• Hand sweep areas of garbage where required i.e. Dirt accumulation in corners etc.
• Operate Machinery: Drill, Generator, Jack Hammer, Snow Plow
• Replace bags in the garbage cans throughout the parking facility

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to stand/walk for periods of time.
• Move around the property by walking for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 15 lbs on a daily basis.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Protection from weather conditions will be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• Work is performed in a covered outdoor environment.
• Employees are subject to environmental conditions including heat and cold weather.
